Mivare Space is an online service for renovation and fit-out companies that runs in your browser and on your phone: projects, units and rooms, photo progress, material choices with the client, scheduling, costs, handovers and warranties.
The agreement is concluded for an indefinite period once you complete registration and accept the Terms of service and the Payment terms. After registering you get 30 days with full functionality, at no charge and with no card required.
The company’s clients, architects and partners follow the progress of the work and make decisions without creating an account. Access is given through a time-limited link generated by the company, with additional identity verification.
The account administrator grants and revokes access and sets permissions, including for costs and margins. The company is responsible for the actions of its users.
The company’s data belongs to the company. We process it solely to provide the service. You can download a copy at any time (export in settings), and after the agreement ends we keep the data for 30 days and then delete it.
You can terminate the agreement at any time: in the app settings or by email from the account administrator’s address. We handle complaints within 14 days of receipt.
Mivare Space is built by Mivare Labs, a brand of Mivare Group. We keep the terms of service, privacy and cookie policies, data processing agreements, payment terms and legal information for all our brands and products in a single library, at permanent addresses, as web pages and PDF files.
