From an empty account to the first project.
Eight steps in the order a company usually starts. Each one leads to a topic with step-by-step instructions.
Company details
The company name, tax number and address appear on quotes, reports and documents.
Company detailsScope of work and rates
The kinds of work you do, quote validity, hourly rates and how prices are shown to customers.
CompanyTeam
Your employees as the people who do the work and as team members. A login account is optional.
TeamAccounts and permissions
Who signs in to the system and what they see. A new account has its modules disabled until you switch them on.
UsersTeams
Standing crews with a team leader. The attendance plan comes from assigning teams to a project.
TeamsImport customers and units
A CSV file from your previous program: customers and their units, without duplicates.
Data importThe first quote
The scope of work for a customer, before a project exists.
New quoteThe first project
A job at the customer with a deadline, budget and address. For a single bathroom, a Small project is enough.

The most common situations with signing in, permissions, attendance and the licence. Questions before buying are on a separate page.
Questions before choosing a systemSigning in
On the sign-in screen choose “Forgot your password?” and enter the account email address. A secure link to set a new password will arrive.
After five wrong passwords within 15 minutes the system stops sign-in to that account from that address. The lock lifts by itself after 15 minutes.
Don’t want to wait? On the lock screen ask for a link that restores access right away. An administrator can also unlock the account in Users.
Two-step sign-in has no backup codes. Ask the company administrator to remove it from your account in Users, then switch it on again on the new phone after signing in.
The session ends after a period of inactivity: 30 minutes by default. The owner can set 45 to 240 minutes in Session and security.
Permissions, attendance and phone
Each module has the level Edit, Read only or Disabled for every account. A new account has all modules disabled, so they need to be switched on in Users.
The plan is the people from teams assigned to the project on that day plus people assigned individually on the project record. Attendance is kept for a project that is planned or in progress.
An account with Mobile access opens the mobile version on a phone: Home for an account linked to an employee record, or Company at a glance, which is read-only. “Show the full application” returns to the full view.
Data and licence
The CSV file can have up to 5 MB, 5000 rows and 60 columns. A customer needs a name and a phone or email, a unit needs a name; a row with an error is skipped as a whole.
The licence status and the next billing are in Settings, on the Licence tab. Only the account owner can pay, with the “Pay now” button.
The activity log records changes in the application: who, when, which action, on which record and from which IP address. Deleted records have a separate tab.
