01What it is
A job is work accepted for execution. It always happens in a unit that belongs to a project. Everything else, such as operations, materials, hours, payments and claims, attaches to it.
A job moves through statuses: Scheduled, In progress, Ready for handover and Closed. It can also be On hold or Cancelled.
Preliminary calculations live separately, in quotes. When the work started from a quote, you create the job from the quote card and the items and labour carry across.

- STEP 2Copy the link and send it to the customer. They see the status after entering their e-mail and the job code.
