01What it is
A handover protocol belongs to a job. You create it on the job card, in the Handovers tab, for a job in progress or ready for handover. The register in the menu is for reviewing all protocols.
Each item is one scope of work with a result: Accepted, With defects or Not accepted. An item with a defect requires a remedy deadline, no earlier than the handover date.
A draft can be corrected. Closing gives the protocol a number, and from then on it is a document that is not changed in place. Each defect then opens its own issue with a deadline.
- FINAL HANDOVER
- The unit's handover date and warranty end set on closing.
- DEFECTS
- Followed up in issues after closing.
- CUSTOMER
- Confirms the protocol through a link or rejects it with a note.
02What it is for

No defect gets lost
