Price according to the price list
The fee depends on the Mivare Space price list: the number of people whose work is managed in the app, the pricing tiers and the discount for annual payment. Prices are in PLN net, and VAT is added in accordance with the law.
Add-on modules
The price list may include modules and resources charged separately, such as additional accounts or file storage. You see the amount in the app before you confirm payment.
Card and invoices
You pay by card, including Apple Pay and Google Pay, through the Stripe payment provider. We issue an invoice for every payment, as a rule within 48 hours.
When a payment fails
The provider retries the card for about four weeks, and the administrator is notified of each failed attempt and can change the card.
Cancellation and price changes
You can cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. We give at least 30 days’ notice of price changes by email.
