Whose data it covers
The agreement covers the data of the company’s clients, its employees and collaborators, invited architects and designers, B2B partners, subcontractors and supplier contact persons.
Only on your instructions
We process data only on the company’s instructions. Access is limited to authorised people who need it to provide the service, and technical and organisational measures are appropriate to the risk, in accordance with Art. 32 GDPR.
Data in Europe
We process entrusted data only within the European Economic Area. The document includes a list of sub-processors and the rules for changing them.
Breaches
We notify the controller of a personal data breach without undue delay, and no later than 48 hours after becoming aware of it.
End of the agreement
You can download a copy of your data in the app at any time. After the agreement ends we keep the data for 30 days so that you can export it or resume the service, and then delete it.
