01What it is
A task belongs to a job, or to a unit when it is about servicing the unit after handover. It has a title, an area such as the living room or hallway, a start, a duration and estimated hours.
A task has a team or a person: a team when a team does the work, a person when one individual is responsible. Which conflict the schedule shows depends on that.
Task states are To do, In progress, For approval, Blocked and Done. Blocking requires a sentence about what the task waits for. A finished task cannot be deleted, because the project's history stays.
- CHECKLIST
- A required item blocks closing the task.
- PROOF
- A task requiring proof closes after a photo or document is uploaded.
- DEPENDENCIES
- What must come first. Schedule conflicts come from here.

Delays in plain sight

Proof a week later

You know what is stuck
A blocked task carries a reason the manager and the team can see.
