01What it is
A team is a standing crew, not a list of people tied to one project. It has a name, a state of Active or Disbanded and members drawn from the company team.
One member is the team leader, the person the project manager calls. Naming a new leader moves the previous one back to member.
A team has one active assignment on any given day. Moving it to another project closes the previous assignment on the day before, so no day belongs to two projects at once.
- TEAM LEADER
- One per team, listed first.
- WHERE IT WORKS
- The project from today's assignment, or the Free label.
- HISTORY
- Every assignment with dates and number of days.
02What it is for
See who is idle
The Unassigned tile shows active teams that are not working anywhere today.
Plan the crew
An assignment with a start date builds the attendance plan for the project.
No surprises
Assigning or moving a team sends an in-app notification.
A record of work
The assignment history shows who worked where and for how long.
03Main options
Teams is a list with tiles, the team record with the Members and Assignment history tabs, and three assignment actions in the record menu.
Every crew and where it works today
Tiles: Active teams, Deployed, Unassigned and People in teams.
- Columns: team name, team leader, members, where it works, state
- State filter Active or Disbanded and search by team name
- CSV export of the current filter

Members and history of one crew
Tiles: members with the leader's name, where it works, days on site and assignments in total.
- Members: person, role, phone; the team leader at the top
- Add a person from the team with the role Member or Team leader
- Assignment history: project, from, to, days and the status Current or Finished

Assign, move or release
Each of the three actions opens a small window from the team record menu.
- Assign to project: a planned or in-progress project and a start date
- Move the team: a new project and date; the previous assignment closes the day before
- Release the team: end the assignment on a chosen day
