01What it is
A plan is the drawing of one floor of a unit, added on the unit record. A marker is a point on that drawing with a type, name, location, installer, description and photos.
A new marker starts as a draft. The installer marks it as done, and the person signing off approves it or returns it for fixing with a note on what to correct.
An approved marker cannot be deleted, and a plan with markers cannot be removed. This is the as-built record of the unit.
- EIGHT TYPES
- Note, question, defect, task, change, material, photo, handover.
- FOUR STATES
- Draft, done, needs rework, approved.
- REVISIONS
- A marker remembers which version of the drawing it was placed on.
