01What it is
Attendance is kept for each project separately. You pick a planned or in-progress project and a day, and the screen shows the plan and the confirmed arrivals.
The plan is everyone in the teams assigned to the project on that day plus people assigned individually on the project record. A confirmation is an arrival from the worker's phone or an entry by the supervisor.
Hours are not approved here. The office approves each person's week in Timesheets, and only then is a labour cost created.
- PLAN AND ACTUAL
- Planned against confirmed, in one sentence.
- RADIUS
- A GPS arrival counts within the radius set on the project.
- ONE DAY
- A person can have only one open working day at a time.
02What it is for
Spot gaps in the morning
The Missing tile shows how many planned people have not confirmed their start.
Know where it was confirmed
Within radius, outside radius or with no coordinates.
Keep track of cover
People present but not planned have their own table below the daily plan.
A source for hours
Arrivals and departures are the only source of working time on timesheets.
03Main options
The attendance screen is the daily plan with arrivals, the table of people present but not planned, and the worker's phone check-in.
Who was due and who turned up
Tiles: Planned, Confirmed, Missing and On site now.
- Columns: person, why in the plan, arrival, departure, where confirmed, status

Present but not planned
People who checked in on the project although they were not in the daily plan: cover and teams moved after the fact.
- Arrival with the type of confirmation, and departure
- Record departure when someone forgot to close the day
- Delete an entry that has not been approved

The worker confirms it
In the mobile version the worker records arrival on site, breaks and the end of work.
- With GPS: the nearest assigned project within its radius, entry Automatic
- Choosing the project by hand when there is no position: entry Manual
- Break, end of break and end of work with the phone's position
