01What it is
A timesheet is one person's week: attendance entries day by day with the project, job, task, arrival and departure time and working time without breaks.
Up to 8 hours a day count as standard hours, the rest as overtime. Planned days are weekdays from Monday to Friday covered by a team or project assignment.
The worker submits the week on the phone. The office approves the submitted entries or returns them with a reason. Approval records the labour cost in the job's cost register.
- ONE SOURCE
- Hours come only from attendance.
- A SIGNATURE ON COST
- Approval creates the labour cost.
- FOUR EYES
- You do not approve your own hours.
02What it is for
See what is waiting
The Awaiting office tile shows people with a submitted week.
Cost the labour
An approved week charges the jobs at the person's rate.
No gaps in the data
An entry without a departure or without a job blocks approval.
Say what to fix
A return for correction always carries a reason the worker can see.
