01What it is
A job's plan is the total of its tasks' estimated hours or, when the tasks have none, the hours from the quote the job was created from. Actual time is the crew's closed attendance entries less breaks.
Estimate accuracy is counted by trade: the plan from tasks with a trade assigned, the actual from attendance entries assigned to those tasks. The average deviation only takes jobs that had a plan.
The report is an extended mode item and belongs to the Advanced finance module. You turn extended mode on in Settings, under Company.
- PLAN VERSUS ACTUAL

02What it is for
Better quotes
You see which trades you systematically underestimate.
Cost of your own work
Crew labour cost over time and on every job.
Missing hours
A job without hours shows a higher margin than the real one.
Who misses, and by how much
A ranking of jobs with the largest deviation from plan.
03Main options
The report has two tabs, each with its own tiles: Load and Estimate accuracy.
How much work you took on and what it cost
