01What it is
An issue belongs to a project and can point to a unit and a job. It has a type, a priority, a schedule impact, an assignee and a due date.
The workflow is fixed: open, in progress, resolved, closed. Resolving requires a description of what was done. Reopening clears the repair date and description; the old text stays in the history.
A resolved issue cannot be deleted, because six months later it is the evidence that the work was done.
- TYPES
- Safety incident, defect, hazard, obstruction, missing material, other.
- SCHEDULE IMPACT

- WHERE
