01What it is
The Mivare Space licence is one base at PLN 299 net per month: the core system, 5 company accounts and 5 GB for files. Each additional active account costs PLN 20 net per month. You do not pay per project, and invited clients, architects and partners do not need accounts.
The first 30 days are a trial without a card. All modules and Mivi+ work during the trial. After it you keep the base and whatever you consciously switch on and pay for.
The licence has these statuses: Trial period, Active, Awaiting payment, Suspended and Ended. Payments, the card, modules and cancellation are handled only by the account owner: the person who created the company in the application.

03Main options
The licence screen has status tiles, payments and the payment history. Next to it is the Modules tab.

04Tasks step by step
- STEP 1Sign in as the account owner and open Settings › Licence.
- STEP 2Choose Pay now. A secure payment page opens.
- STEP 3After payment the status changes to Active.
- STEP 1Once the subscription is running, open the Modules tab and choose Switch on next to the module. During the trial all modules work without a choice.
- STEP 2Check the top-up for the rest of the period and confirm. The amount is charged to the card saved in the subscription.
- STEP 3The module works as soon as the payment is booked.
- STEP 1Choose Card and payment history.
- STEP 2Change the card in the Stripe customer portal.
- STEP 1Choose Cancel subscription and confirm. A confirmation email follows.
- STEP 2Until the end of the paid period you work as usual, the next payment is not taken and your data stays available for download.
- STEP 3Until the end of the period you can choose Withdraw cancellation.
