01What it is
Company details are your business card on documents: name, tax ID, address, phone and email. The application checks the tax ID against the company country, just as it does for customers and suppliers.
Licence billing goes to the email address in the company details, so only the account owner can change it. The other fields are saved by people with Configuration: edit.

03Main options
Company details is a single form. Next to it is the Your data tab with the export.

The company name is required.

04Tasks step by step
- STEP 1Open Settings › Company details.
- STEP 2Enter the name, tax ID, address and contact details, and in Note on documents the text that should appear on documents.
- STEP 3Save the changes.
- STEP 1Sign in as the account owner and open the Your data tab.
- STEP 2Confirm your password and choose the ZIP export.
- STEP 1Download the export first. After deletion there is nothing left to download.
- STEP 2The company administrator sends a deletion request from their account address to the address given in the Your data tab.
- STEP 3Once identity is confirmed, the data is deleted within 30 days and a confirmation arrives by email.
