01What it is
The activity log records changes in the application: who performed which action, when, on which object and from which IP address.
The Deleted records tab shows what was deleted, when and by whom. Only the company owner sees the snapshot of a deleted record, together with its related records. Copies of deleted records are kept for 180 days.
The company owner sets the retention window for activity entries, from 30 to 180 days. Older entries are removed automatically once a day.
