01What it is
The configurator works out the licence price for a chosen number of company accounts, modules and file storage packs. The amounts come from the same mechanism that calculates payments.
During the trial the configurator shows what remains after day 31: the base and the add-ons you tick. After the first payment it starts from what you have paid for.
The configurator changes nothing in the licence. You switch modules and file storage on in the Modules tab, and handle payments in the Licence tab.

04Tasks step by step
- STEP 1Open Settings › Configurator.
- STEP 2Enter the number of company accounts, tick the modules you need and the number of file storage packs.
- STEP 3Read the net total per month and the amount for an annual payment.
- STEP 1Once you know what you need, go to the Modules tab.
- STEP 2Switch the module on. The top-up covers the time to the end of the current period.
