01What it is
A conversation starts on the card of a project, room, task or marker, in the Conversation tab. This keeps the thread with the thing it concerns instead of losing it in a general chat.
The Conversations screen gathers all messages, newest first. The link next to a message leads to the place it concerns, and you reply there.
In a message you mention people from the company team. Only a mentioned person gets a notification in the bell. Messages are not edited; the author can delete their own together with its attachments.

04Tasks step by step
- STEP 1Open the task card and go to the Conversation tab.
- STEP 2Write the message and mention the people who should see it.
- STEP 3Attach a photo or PDF and choose Send.
- STEP 1Open Modules › Client and decisions › Conversations.
- STEP 2Choose Mentioning me.
- STEP 3Click the link next to the message and reply in the Conversation tab.
