01What it is
Liabilities is the list of amounts the company owes suppliers for materials. You do not enter them by hand: every order with a supplier assigned and the status In stock or Installed becomes a liability.
The amount of a liability is the total of the order items: quantity times purchase price. You add the supplier invoice number, the payment due date and the payment date in the settlement window.
When the order was placed for a job, the invoice number turns it into a project cost of the purchase invoice kind. A pending liability with a due date before today is shown as overdue.
- NO RETYPING
- A liability is created from the order once the material arrives.
- SUPPLIER INVOICE
- The invoice number and payment due date on every liability.
- DUE DATES UNDER CONTROL
- Due, overdue and paid in separate tiles.
