01What it is
Tools is the register of hand, power and measuring equipment with a location, make and model, purchase date, value and depreciation period. The menu item is visible in extended mode.
You can bill the use of a tool to the client: in a quote you pick it from the catalogue as an item marked [N], named “Use” and priced at the price in the job. The tool card collects billing from jobs in the In works tab.
You issue a tool to a project and take it back just like equipment. A tool can be issued to only one project at a time.
