01What it is
An inspection plan is a recurring task for one asset: the inspection type, the frequency in days and the next due date. The asset can be a tool or equipment from the register, or gear entered by name only. The menu item is visible in extended mode.
A completed record stores the date, the performer, the report number, the cost and a PDF document. After a record the next due date is worked out for you: the date last done plus the frequency.
A plan with records is part of the register and cannot be deleted. When the equipment goes out of use, untick Plan active.
- THE DATE WORKS ITSELF OUT

- A DOCUMENT WITH THE RECORD
- A report or certificate in PDF.
- DISABLE, DO NOT DELETE
- A plan with history stays in the register.
