01What it is
Equipment is the company's gear with a location, purchase date, purchase value and depreciation period. It also has a retail price and a price in the job, at which you bill its use to the client. The menu item is visible in extended mode.
The equipment card shows whether the gear is ready, on site or overdue for inspection. Issuing to a project records the date, the project, optionally the job and the person who took the equipment. Taking it back closes the issue.
Equipment billed in jobs, used in a quote or with an inspection plan cannot be deleted, because it has history behind it.
