01What it is
A customer is a private individual or a company. A company requires a tax ID, unique within your company. For a private individual the PESEL number is optional. Address, phone and e-mail are required for every customer.
You add contact persons to a customer, for example accounts or the decision maker. You choose the recipient of approval requests from these contacts.
Contact consent is separate for job messages and for offers and reminders, each for e-mail and SMS. Job messages are on by default, offers are off by default.
