01What it is
A B2B partner is an organisation that commissions renovations from you, for example a real estate agency. It has a partner code assigned on creation, a commission rate, the state Active or Suspended and contact details.
Agency staff have no password accounts. Each person gets a personal portal link valid for 180 days, and access requires their email and the partner code. You set rights for each person separately: agency administrator, commissioning renovations, making decisions. A suspended partner loses access for all its people.
You accept a renovation request from the portal or decline it with a reply. Accepting creates a project with the name, address, scope and date from the request, assigned to the partner at its rate. Commission is calculated from the project budget, and on settlement the amount is frozen with the date.
- NO PASSWORDS

- ONE PARTNER
