01What it is
The screen shows requirement items with the status Needed, together with the project they are for, and checks whether the same material sits in another store.
Surplus is stock minus reservations minus minimum stock. Taking material below the minimum stock would take it from another project, so it is not offered.
The app does not move material by itself. It prepares a draft transfer to the project base store, and a person confirms the physical move when settling it.

Do not buy twice
Material from another store instead of a new order.
Clear the shelves
Leftovers from finished work go where they are needed.

- Columns: material, for what, needed, sitting as surplus, transfer
- Filter: all requirements or only those that can be covered
- Search by material, project and requirement number

Next to each item, the store and the surplus broken down into its parts.

Prepare a transfer
The action in the row menu creates a draft stock transfer.

04Tasks step by step
- STEP 1Open Modules › Materials › Surplus.
- STEP 2Set the filter to Only those that can be covered.
- STEP 3On the item choose Prepare a transfer.
- STEP 4In Stock documents settle the transfer once the material has been moved.
- STEP 1Open the project and edit it.
- STEP 2Set the base in the Base and store field and save.
- STEP 3Go back to surplus and prepare the transfer.
