Clients, architects and partners enter their portals without accounts in the system. You pay for the module, not per person.

Choose a ready-made bundle or switch modules on one by one. The price is calculated as you go: excl. VAT, monthly or annually with a 15% discount. You can make the same selection in the Licence tab in the system.

During the trial all modules and Mivi+ are available. On day 31 you keep the core plan and whatever you have knowingly switched on and paid for.
TRIALSwitching on takes effect immediately, with a charge only for the rest of the current period. Switching off takes effect from the next period.
FLEXIBLEProjects, consents, markers and documents from the module remain readable; only new operations in the module are paused.

Rules for payment, cancellation and the first payment
- How you pay
- By card, including Apple Pay or Google Pay, through Stripe. With your first payment you agree to recurring charges. You change your card in the Licence tab.
- For which period
- By the month or by the year, always in advance. A year costs 15% less. The discount covers the core plan, accounts and modules. Prices are excl. VAT; the VAT invoice is issued by the payment provider, and we verify EU VAT numbers in the VIES system.
- First payment
- Started during the 30-day trial: the first payment covers a full period on the day the trial ends, then on the same day every month. Started after the trial: the first payment covers the days until the end of the month, then the 1st of each month. Example of a start after the trial: the base plan started on 26 October: PLN 57.87 for 6 days, then PLN 299 a month from 1 November.
- Changes during the period
- A new account or module: you pay only for the time until the end of the current period. A reduction takes effect from the next period. File storage cannot be reduced below the amount in use.
- Contract and cancellation
- An indefinite-term contract, concluded by accepting the terms of service. You cancel in the Licence tab or by messaging us; the paid period runs to its end.
- When a payment fails
- The payment provider retries it automatically, and you can change your card. For 3 days from the start of the period the system works without restrictions, then waits for payment. Your data stays.
TRIAL
First, work out which modules you need.
For 30 days everything works: the core plan, seven modules and Mivi+. After the trial you keep what your company has actually used.
The trial does not require a payment card and does not turn into a paid subscription by itself.
- What happens after 30 days? The core plan, plus whatever you choose to pay for.
- A charge per client in the portal? No. The client has no account in the system.
- A one-year contract? No. You can cancel whenever you like.
